New, clean hotel with good breakfast and nice view. Helpful staff. Centrally located, close to parks and museums. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning. Convenient hot water in bathroom. Spa facilities included. Luxurious stay at great value. Hotel bedding, nice toiletries, good Aircon. Close to train station. 25-30 mins walk to center, but enjoyable. Wonderful days spent here. Excellent staff. Friendly and always ready to help. Spa, pool, gym available. Great pub, Italian restaurant nearby. Fantastic patisserie addiction on ground floor. Thank you to the entire team. Great professionals.

My recent stay at the Grande Arte Hotel was absolutely delightful. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The breakfast selection was great, offering a wide variety of choices. The location of the hotel was also ideal, conveniently situated in the heart of the city.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of hotel parking and some noise from outside, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall fantastic experience I had at the hotel. The positives far outweighed any negatives.

Location was great, close to parks and museums, and everything was a few minutes walk away. The daily cleaning was spot on and made my stay comfortable.

Although the staff were friendly, they struggled with speaking English which caused several communication problems. The gym was in poor condition as most of the items were either broken or out of order.

The hotel's location right by the train station is incredibly convenient for travelers. Being able to easily access transportation is a major advantage. the rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The bathrooms have hot water available, making it convenient for guests. The staff are friendly and housekeeping ensures that the rooms are cleaned daily.

The air conditioning system in the hotel is controlled centrally, so guests do not have the ability to adjust their room temperature to their liking.
