We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, within a short walk to the tram stop and city centre. The room was very clean and filled with useful amenities like an ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the manager who was understanding and helpful. We loved the spa and wellness centre, and enjoyed a relaxing massage and steam room session. we had an amazing experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great Fortune Design Hotel & Spa exceeded all my expectations. the location was fantastic, with all the historical sights just minutes away. the hotel itself was modern and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious. the staff, including Navruza, Hamdi, Anil, Nedgmetdin. I can't recommend this hotel enough and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The hotel's employees were accommodating and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were pleased with the hotel's location, as it was close to most of the city's major attractions. We also appreciated the diverse breakfast menu and the fact that our room was upgraded free of charge upon arrival.

We noticed that while the hotel room was clean and well-decorated, it was a little cramped, and some amenities, such as the jacuzzi and fridge, were not as spacious or functional as we expected. the hotel's airport transfer fee was quite high compared to the cost of calling a taxi.
