Convenient location near major attractions, tram, and metro. Small, tastefully designed rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyable common room with tea and coffee. Good breakfast variety.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds were the best aspects. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, being close to major tourist attractions. the friendly staff provided excellent customer service.

There was no mini-fridge in the room, which would have been a convenient amenity. the noise from a nearby school in the morning was a bit disruptive.
