The view from the room was stunning, especially during the beautiful sunsets by the water. The internal design of the apartment was modern and cozy, and the spaces were well organized. the hotel was conveniently located, with a short walking distance to the ferry or the subway, and a bus stop right outside the hotel. The elevator was a great convenience, and the cleaning service was provided every day.

There was no coffee available in the room, and we had to pay for water bottles after the first night. the view from the room on the first floor was not pleasant.

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul City Center, making it convenient for exploring iconic sights like the Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. It's like being in the middle of all the action!

The room was amazing, super comfy and spotlessly clean. the location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from Galata and the beautiful Karakoy area. Despite the street the hotel is on not being the nicest, it wasn't an issue as it's so close to the seaside and bridges. the staff allowed us to store our bags before and after check-in/check-out for free, which was a thoughtful touch. a highly recommended experience and definitely better than staying in the busy Taksim Square!

I had a fantastic stay at Flats Company - Karakoy! the girl at reception was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with our queries and even conducted searches in Turkish. the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Halic metro station and within walking distance of Galata tower and its surroundings. It was also convenient to access the T1 tram from Galata bridge. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. the daily cleaning service was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. the internet speed was impressive, around 30 Mbps.

We had a great experience at Flats Company - Karakoy. The apartment with Terrace was excellent, just as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed hearing the call for prayer throughout our stay. Ozgur and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The check-in process was convenient and hassle-free, especially since we arrived at night. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the funicular and a small supermarket nearby. The receptionist also helped us book taxis, ensuring that they arrived on time. we had a wonderful short stay.
