The hotel's location is excellent, close to tourist points and the T1 tram line. The staff at the reception is extremely kind and helpful, providing information and solutions for any request. They even assisted with parking options. The rooms and public spaces are very clean. The service is top-notch, with friendly and supportive personnel, especially Burak, Yusuf, and Murat at the reception.

We recently stayed at Gulec Hotel & Spa for our second trip to Istanbul. Travelling with our mothers and 16-month-old baby, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, especially Faisal. The modern and clean hotel offered spacious and comfortable rooms, along with a variety of delicious breakfast options. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the old city, with a train/tram station just a short walk away. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. We were able to easily walk to The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapı Palace. Additionally, there were plenty of local restaurants and gift shops nearby. The staff here were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They assisted us with arranging taxis, airport transfers, and even helped us book a night cruise.

That the hotel didn't allow pets. However, we would highly recommend this place to anyone.
