During our Xmas stay, we loved the fact that the hotel was located near the metro and bus station which made it easier for us to travel around the city. the breakfast was one of the key highlights too, with a wide variety of options available for all tastes. the room facilities were good, with all the essentials provided including towels, soap and shampoo.

I had an incredible experience at Hamitbey Hotel. the friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the rooms were neat and clean, and they were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Although I didn't get a chance to try the pool, the hammam and massage services were exceptional and highly recommended. the breakfast had a good variety, with something different every day. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Aksaray metro stop and surrounded by numerous food shops. the area was bustling with people, creating a lively atmosphere. the hotel offered luggage storage after check-out, which was very convenient.

The toiletries and bottled water were not consistently provided during our 7-day stay, and we had to often remind the housekeeping staff. Additionally, the AC in our room stopped working on our last day.
