The staff is friendly and helpful, offering assistance with inquiries and even providing PCR testing on-site.

The hot water sometimes takes a while to heat up, requiring a 5-7 minute wait.

We had a fantastic stay at Han Suite in Istanbul. the location was perfect, situated in the old town and close to main attractions. It was great value for money and our room was clean and comfortable. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. the hotel also offered a shuttle service from the airport, which made our arrival and departure very convenient.

My recent stay at Han Suite was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Sultanamet square and the mosques. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with a map and great recommendations for places to visit. Despite a few minor issues like dust on the surfaces and a bathroom drain smell, I had a pleasant experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location. I would definitely recommend Han Suite Hotel for a wonderful stay.

The rooms were small and lacked privacy, with views to the street. the morning calls for prayer from a nearby mosque were disruptive.
