The staff is friendly and helpful, offering assistance with inquiries and even providing PCR testing on-site.

The hot water sometimes takes a while to heat up, requiring a 5-7 minute wait.

We had a fantastic stay at Han Suite in Istanbul. The location was perfect, situated in the old town and close to main attractions. It was great value for money and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. The hotel also offered a shuttle service from the airport, which made our arrival and departure very convenient. We would definitely consider staying at Han Suite again when we return to Istanbul.

The rooms were small and lacked privacy, with views to the street. the morning calls for prayer from a nearby mosque were disruptive.
