The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with major attractions just a short walk away. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making communication a breeze. We were able to check in early and enjoy a complimentary breakfast. They also arranged shuttle service to the airport, saving us a lot of trouble.

The rooftop breakfast room was absolutely fabulous with stunning views of the Sea of Marmara. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and watch the ships go by. The homemade cakes, biscuits, and filo cheese squares made the breakfast a delicious and fresh start to the day. The staff was attentive and made sure I felt well taken care of. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a great location, just a short walk from Aya Sofia. I had a reasonably good stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The complementary breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful. the hotel was in the heart of the historical area, so we were close to all the attractions we wanted to see. the view from the rooftop was breathtaking, definitely worth experiencing. One of the best advantages was the daily room cleaning which made our stay super comfortable.

Although the accommodations were cozy, the bathroom was a bit small for our taste. the internet only worked well in the lobby and not in our room.

The rooftop breakfast room offers a fabulous view, allowing guests to enjoy a delicious breakfast while admiring the scenery. The hotel also has reliable WiFi access and a small library for guests to enjoy.

This hotel offers an excellent value for money. The rooms with modern equipment and an amazing view of the city are ideal for a comfortable stay in the historical center. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served on a stunning terrace with views over Bosphorus and Marmara sea is simply spectacular.

I loved that I could easily purchase anything I needed from the nearby market. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-functioning air conditioner. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to any request I had. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the view from the roof terrace was stunning.

That the fridge in the room stopped working when I removed the card from its socket.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. the lack of room service and amenities such as a TV definitely affected our comfort.

Our stay at Hanedan was fantastic! The hotel was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast on the terrace with its stunning view of the Marmara Sea was a highlight. The location was perfect, just a short walk from historic sites like Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. They even arranged airport transportation for us. We highly recommend Hanedan for a memorable stay in Istanbul!
