The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach with a big pirate ship for the kids to play on. It provides a unique and fun experience for families. Additionally, the main restaurant offers a wide variety of food options during breakfast, ensuring everyone can find something they like.

The service downstairs upon arrival was not up to par, as everything was already being packed up, including fruit juices.

We had a fantastic time at Haydarpasha Palace. The resort is new and well-maintained, with exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. The kids were entertained every evening with a variety of activities, and they especially enjoyed the pools and water activities. The all-inclusive food options were plentiful and delicious, with a wide range of choices to suit everyone's taste. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were so impressed that we've already booked another stay for November.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pools, and a beachfront location. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring that guests feel pampered and comfortable. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, including special diet menus. The rooms have many advantages, such as private facilities, comfortable beds, and great views of the surrounding area.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was that the entertainment options were limited, and there was not much to do in the leisure/TV room. However, the hotel makes up for this with its many other activities, such as the aqua park and live entertainment shows.

Friendly waiters, skilled and good service, first-class staff, attention to detail, good value for money, nice duplex room.

We recently returned from a holiday in Antalya and had a lovely stay at a stunning hotel. The food was good, with a nice variety of options, and we enjoyed the location of the hotel. The free mini bar in the room was a nice touch, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The pools were too cold to enjoy, and we found the language barrier to be a bit of a hindrance when trying to communicate with the staff.
