The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, making it easily accessible for travelers by car. The big parking space right by the door is a great advantage. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good furniture and nice bathrooms. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and there is the added benefit of having a bidet in the bathroom.

The room was satisfyingly spacious and well-furnished, with a large bathroom that made our stay comfortable. the location was suitable for those traveling by car, as the hotel offered ample parking space by the door and stood on the main road. Another great aspect was the friendly staff, who were always ready to help with our needs and were accommodating.

The hotel can be inconvenient for those without a car, as it is far from the center, but this was expected based on the location. the restaurant service was slow and the staff struggled with English, often speaking loudly amongst themselves and causing a distraction during meals.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn - Trabzon-East, An IHG Hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were traveling by car, with ample parking available right by the hotel entrance. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-maintained furniture. The bathroom was nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated the wide variety of options available for breakfast, although there is room for improvement in adding small touches for kids. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and always ready to assist with any request I had. The bed in my room was so comfortable, and the entire space was impeccably clean. The furniture was stylish and added to the overall ambiance of the room. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom, which also had Arabic TV channels. This place truly exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
