I had the most incredible stay at this jaw-dropping hotel! The location was super convenient, just a short 4-5 minute walk to the train station and a 10-minute walk to a 24-hour supermart. The staff were mind-blowingly helpful, providing fresh towels and bottled water daily. The room was comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities like slippers, toothbrush, and even a hair comb. The hotel also served free breakfast and juices, and the lobby had speedy internet. The facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained environment. It was surprisingly quiet, and there were plenty of nice small restaurants to explore nearby. Definitely a must-stay for any traveler!

The selection of free drinks, snacks, and even manga was mind-blowing. The facilities were focused on ensuring quality sleep and safety, with fully-blocking curtains for the beds and automatic turn-on lights in the hallway. The showers were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms were strategically located to minimize any unpleasant smells. Security was top-notch, making me feel super safe and allowing me to immediately fall asleep. The staff were fabulous people who went above and beyond. The hostel itself was very new and fresh, with free snacks, breakfast, toiletries, towels, and slippers provided. The room even had a flat-screen TV and headphones. it was a super clean and quiet stay, with a great position for sightseeing. Although breakfast was a bit simple, it wasn't a big deal as there was delicious food to try everywhere. The wi-fi, air conditioning, laundry, luggage storage, lift, and non-smoking rooms were a GREAT addition.

As a female traveler, I was delighted with the spacious and comfortable bed capsule designated for females. The shower room was well-equipped with 2 showers and provided all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there were 2 convenient toilets near the elevator. The lobby was a great place to relax, featuring a large TV. The simple yet satisfying breakfast, along with the availability of tea and coffee throughout the day, was a nice touch. The staff, especially Yuki who could speak Korean, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for a local café and hot spring were excellent. Communication was never an issue, thanks to the staff's efforts, including the use of Google translation when needed. Towels were readily available at the reception, and the microwave in the lobby made it convenient for guests to enjoy their meals. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was new and fresh, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The showers and restrooms were always spotless, and they provided toiletries and towels. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spacious common room with free breakfast and coffee. The location was convenient, as it was close to the train station Honmachi. The staff were fabulous, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay.

The Rock hotel provides free bikes, which made exploring the neighborhood a breeze. With these wheels at my disposal, I felt like a modern samurai, effortlessly gliding through the streets of Osaka, taking in all the sights and sounds.

The staff were so helpful and kind, providing both Japanese and English explanations. The location was convenient, close to the train station and metro.
