We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the center and we were able to walk there in just 20 minutes. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking view from our room, which overlooked the beautiful mountains of Erzincan-Munzur. It was such a treat to wake up to that scenery every morning.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with beautiful views of the Erzincan Munzur mountains. It is also conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to reach. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the city center, allowing guests to explore the local attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with cozy beds and amenities worthy of a Hilton Garden Inn property. The staff is friendly and hospitable, offering excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of local choices and is a great way to start the day.

The hotel lacks a functioning swimming pool, which was not disclosed prior to arrival.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden was excellent. The location was great, making it easy for us to explore the city. We had a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout our time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests or inquiries we had. The amenities provided were of high quality and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the air conditioning being faulty and the swimming pool being closed, we were still very satisfied with our stay. I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden to anyone visiting Erzincan.

Great Location and the view of the mountains from the rooms was superb. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included, and there were plenty of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel was also conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, which made sightseeing easy and convenient.

The overall customer service was subpar. the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly.
