The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location was fantastic, just minutes away from the beach and park. The food was delicious and the executive lounge access was a bonus. There were so many activities to enjoy, such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, steam bath, and sauna. Our children had a wonderful time and we were impressed by the hospitality of the Turkish people.

The hotel has a convenient location, close to the airport and with a beautiful sea view. The room size is good and the AC works well. The breakfast is great, with a variety of options, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained, including the gym and pool. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, especially the shower area located under the wall.

You may experience communication issues with some staff members.

My Thanksgiving stay was fantastic! The staff was really accommodating and offered us a complementary late checkout and room upgrade. The location was great; conveniently close to the city center and public transportation. The indoor pool was one of the best I’ve seen, and we really enjoyed the sauna.

There were some negative aspects. The breakfast buffet options were limited, and the flavor was not up to par with my expectations.

The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the swimming pool, which was huge compared to other hotels. Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy provided a luxurious experience and we highly recommend it for a few days' stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience. The staff at this hotel, especially Furkan at the front desk, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home and provided excellent service. Furkan gave us helpful directions to nearby restaurants and shops. The room service was incredibly fast, with orders being delivered in just 5 to 20 minutes. The employees were all very nice and the room was comfortable. The Turkish breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank Mr. Sinan Bakirci, the front desk supervisor, for his exceptional assistance and care for the guests.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel with an amazing view. I booked a sea view room on a high floor and it was truly an unforgettable experience. However, after discussing it with the hotel manager, he kindly waived the deposit for me as a courtesy. my experience was great and I would like to thank Mr Sinnan and Ms. Eda for handling a small issue with the AC in my room in the right way. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the panoramic sea view from the corner rooms was excellent. The main restaurant served delicious meals and the hotel had good security controls, a hot water swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a nice bar where you could enjoy a drink. The hotel also had very good Wi-Fi and although it was a bit far from the main attractions in the city, it was located in a quiet area with several shopping malls nearby and a train station for easy access to the attractions.

I recently stayed at Hilton Bakirkoy for business purposes and I can't recommend highly enough this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. The view from the backside rooms was peaceful, allowing for a good night's sleep with the windows open. The rooms were impeccably clean and the towels were changed daily. The outdoor swimming pool was not crowded and offered a great place to relax after 11 am. The executive lounge was fantastic, and the gym and pool access were a bonus. The dinner view overlooking the city was breathtaking, and the sea view from the corner rooms was excellent. The meal from the main restaurant was absolutely delicious. The hotel concierge, Askim, efficiently arranged airport transfers and provided excellent assistance. this is the only place to stay when visiting.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
