Conveniently located near a shopping center and bus station for access to the airport. Room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. On-site bar had delicious food. Beautiful tower with romantic lighting.

My experience at this hotel was truly amazing. Its proximity to the shopping area made it easy to indulge in retail therapy. The hotel's staff were friendly and prompt in delivering service to me. The breakfast was scrumptious, with a vast buffet selection. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Moreover, the hotel provided me with numerous facilities such as a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. The stunning view from my room added to the overall experience.

Despite the excellent service and facilities, there was a minor issue with the room furniture's condition.

The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise and made my stay at Hilton even better. The spacious bathroom and rain shower added a touch of luxury to the room. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We were delighted with the breakfast buffet provided, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the access to the convenient shopping center and food court nearby, as well as the relaxing swimming pool and comfortable beds.

The lack of cleanliness in the room, with stained carpets and a malfunctioning refrigerator. Another issue was the lack of transparency regarding the executive lounge area, which was not accessible for all guests.

Great location near shopping mall and easy access to restaurants and snacks. Staff at the front desk were helpful and resolved an issue with a taxi driver. Room on the 14th floor had a beautiful view. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special, even surprising us with a birthday cake. The breakfast selection was outstanding.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were not good. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, often forgetting to provide essential items in the bathroom.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were impeccable. We indulged in the Spa & wellness centre, which offered a luxurious Turkish bath and steam room, as well as a range of massages and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool was impressive and the Jacuzzi was a perfect addition to our relaxation experience. The bar area was the perfect spot for a poolside snack or evening cocktails.

The only minor issue we experienced was the Special diet menus. While there were options available, we found the choices to be quite limited.

JanJan by 360 offers an incredible virtual sports experience. Atrium Lounge & Bar serves world cuisine. The spa has distinct treatments. EFROUZ is inspired by Istanbul's nightlife. Lobby Bar serves satisfying sandwiches. Ziyade Fasıl offers delicious mezzes. Nispet has live music. Executive Lounge is reserved for fancy people like me.
