During our recent stay at Jaal Riad Resort, we were thrilled to discover the fantastic pool area. It offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing swim. We never had to worry about finding a sunbed, and the entertainment staff were absolutely lovely.

The hotel has great facilities and amenities, including a large pool, a lovely playground for children, and a selection of delicious food.

Felt like at home, no complaints at all.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, with good service. Breakfast offers a good selection, and the bar provides a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with light entertainment in the evenings. The pool is large and there are plenty of sunbeds available.

The WiFi can be unreliable at times.

This hotel was an extraordinary experience. The luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive and accommodating, helping with any needs we had. The spa centre and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were spotless, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The location advantages made it easy to find the hotel, with only a short distance from the beach. The sun terrace had perfect sun loungers, allowing us to relax under the heat of the sun and enjoy the beautiful garden area.

Despite the overwhelming positives, the Sauna had an issue with the heat inconsistency. Sometimes the Sauna got too hot and sometimes we were left with not much steam.

I had a great time at the Jaal Riad Resort, especially at the Cat restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly. The grounds and pool area were well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment. I would recommend this hotel for a decent stay at a reasonable rate.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The two complementary facts offered were great. Location was close to central areas that you won't have trouble visiting the highlights. The pool area was a great place to chill and relax.

I recently had a fantastic couples holiday in Marrakech, staying at a beautiful hotel in a very good location. The hotel was conveniently located near the almanar mall, allowing us to easily access shopping and dining options. the hotel provided easy access to the Jemaa el-Fnaa, the main square, where we could immerse ourselves in the lively atmosphere of Marrakech.

The lack of English among the staff did pose a challenge at times. It would have been more convenient if there was better English communication to ensure a smoother experience for non-French speaking guests.
