It was a bit disappointing that we were not allowed to bring our own water to the pool and had to pay double the price at the pool bar. we had a negative experience with the transportation company recommended by the hotel, as they cancelled our new transportation after we cancelled their services.

We had a comfortable stay at Hma Hotel & Suites. The apartment was spacious with a separate living room and kitchen area, which was great for our family. The hotel's swimming pool was also a highlight of our stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Database and had a brilliant experience. The hotel was fantastic and I cannot rate it highly enough. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The food at the hotel was great value for money, especially the chicken donner which was not only big in portion size but also delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, as the same meal in the UK would easily cost double the price. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a mini market nearby for cheap shopping and a money exchange offering better rates than in the UK. On top of that, there were lovely patisseries and cake shops just a short walk away. my stay at HMA Hotel & Suites was excellent and I had a wonderful time.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, just a short walk from Ataturk Square. The hotel looked exactly as represented in the photos, which made me really satisfied. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. Despite not having a heating system, the staff provided blankets upon request when the temperature dropped to 10 degrees. The breakfast had a good variety, including fruits, cereals, salad, and good coffee. this hotel offered excellent value for money and attention to detail.

The only improvement I would suggest is to provide a wider variety of breakfast options.
