We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The apartment and studio rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The kitchenette had all the necessary dishes for preparing simple meals for our baby girl. The bathroom was clean and the sofa bed was comfortable. Excellent value for money!

The staff were helpful and friendly, always there to assist with any questions or concerns. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the bathroom door was see-through, which significantly lacked privacy.

The staff were friendly and although they didn't speak much English, they were always helpful. The location was great, with trendy coffee shops and cafes just a short walk away. The hotel also offers an inexpensive airport shuttle, which I highly recommend.

this hotel always exceeds expectations. the staff is kind, polite, and helpful. the 24/7 reception desk provides guidance on transportation. the room with a kitchen was a fun feature, allowing us to cook our own meals. clean rooms, working facilities, and a great location near local restaurants and a tram station.

Hotel Riva Apart Alsancak is conveniently located just away from the main street, allowing for a peaceful stay while still being close to all the local transport. Additionally, it is near the sea front as well as the main avenue, making it easily accessible to the city center. The hotel is very close to everything, including cafes, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are modern and the beds are large, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The lobby bathrooms were in a disgusting state, with clogged toilets, no toilet paper, and a dirty floor.

The price/quality rate is outstanding, and the location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the sea and public transportation. The building and rooms are modern and new, and my studio flat was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The staff, especially Kudret and Rıfat, were exceptionally helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring a comfortable stay. I will definitely return!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect. Tucked away in a small alley, it felt like a hidden gem in the heart of the city. I loved exploring the Sunday market just next to the hotel, it added a charming touch to my stay. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms were lovely. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. It was also great to have a kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a bonus!
