As budget travelers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who gave us great tips on currency exchange and shopping. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore all the major tourist destinations in Istanbul. The RT PCR test was affordable and the on-site testing made it incredibly convenient. The guest relations manager, Onur, also helped us find the best tours and activities at the best prices. Plus, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with Wi-Fi and hot showers.

Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city and experiencing Turkish cuisine. The rooms are comfortable, with amenities such as a safe deposit box, mini fridge, and kettle. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to provide information and assistance. The hotel also offers the option of arranging transportation for its guests.

The air conditioning in the rooms is centrally controlled by the hotel, and it can be turned off based on other guests' preferences. This can be inconvenient, as some rooms may become too hot, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The airport transfer was prompt and efficient. the check-in process was seamless. the room had a TV and a minibar, which were nice touches. the location was convenient, within walking distance to major attractions.

The walls were thin, and I could hear loud noises from other guests late at night. It was a bit chilly during the first night, and I had to ask for an extra blanket.

The hotel staff - Awesome! Nijat and Mohammed were very helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient location. Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely stay again.
