I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Des Arts Galata. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Galata Tower and other attractions. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting space. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked perfectly. Although there was no breakfast service, there were plenty of nearby options for dining. The staff, particularly the front desk lady, were friendly and resourceful. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered amazing views of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, spacious rooms, and friendly service.

While most aspects of my stay at Des Arts Galata were enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The mattress was too soft for my preference and could be uncomfortable for some.

our stay at Des Arts Galata was absolutely perfect. surpassing our previous experiences in istanbul, the hotel's stunning decor and comfortable amenities truly made our honeymoon unforgettable. the central location allowed us to easily explore the vibrant neighborhood and enjoy delicious local food. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Shower pressure was a bit low.
