our valentine's day at grand umit was exceptional. it surpassed our previous stay in istanbul. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the grand bazaar and sultanmet, but away from the chaos. the staff were kind and attentive, making us feel at home. the room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. overall, a great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, very close to the tram station and not far from the metro station. It was also close to the city centre and most tourist attractions in the city. The breakfast provided was great, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family with kids. The staff were polite and provided excellent hospitality with a smile on their faces. The hotel's location was great, close to tram stations, restaurants, supermarkets, and the city center. The hotel exceeded expectations, offering a better experience than a 4-star hotel at a cheaper price. I highly recommend it and it will be my first choice whenever I visit Istanbul.

I indulged in the finest Turkish specialties at the non-existent garden view restaurant. The safety features were top-notch, I felt like a VIP with a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector by my side.

I was so disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the non-existent garden view. Such a shame!

The hotel room was spacious and perfect for a family of four, allowing us to spend quality time together. the staff were extremely kind and helpful, offering assistance with our luggage and answering all our questions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the convenient location, just a short walk from the main public transportation. It made exploring the city a breeze.

One minor issue was the initial strong perfumy smell in the room upon arrival, which was not to my liking. However, opening the window and allowing some fresh air in quickly resolved the problem.
