I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location is excellent. It is just outside the historical center, making it a quieter option but still within walking distance or a short cab ride. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They offered me an early check-in after a long bus ride and even upgraded my room to one with a beautiful double bed and a Jacuzzi at the same price. Thirdly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and a great way to start the day. And finally, the attention to detail and service from the staff were exceptional. Francisco, the son of the owner, took the time to listen to my travel stories and provide his own insights, displaying a genuine compassion and patience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

All was perfect during my stay.

The hotel was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our romantic escape, which was a nice touch. the hotel was also located close to the historical center, making it easy to explore the area by foot.

Our room was not as romantic as we had hoped. the lighting was too harsh and there was no way to dim it, making the room feel cold and sterile.
