Everything perfect. Lovely room, cozy atmosphere, helpful receptionists, central location. Kind staff, emergency assistance, great housekeeping, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent heating system. Stayed for 10 days instead of one. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Mevlana Place. The staff were helpful, even going above and beyond to assist me during an emergency at night. I had a very enjoyable stay at Ney and would recommend it to others.

Great location, price, atmosphere. Lovely sunny room, cozy lobby, helpful receptionists. Central and perfect. Comfortable beds, best heating system. Tasty breakfast, kind staff. Language barrier overcome with Google translate. Quick elevator access, provided cot for our child. Thank you for helping with my emergency at night.

The location of the hotel was great, with only a 5-minute walk to the famous Mevlana place. It was also close to other attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The staff was helpful, even using Google translation for communication. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast, and they even arranged a taxi for us.

The rooms had poor soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep because of noise from neighboring rooms.

The location was great, just a few steps away from the city center. The breakfast was decent and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was also friendly and accommodating which made our stay quite enjoyable.

The TV in our room was not working properly and the decor was outdated and tired. The bathroom was not completely clean and there were no glasses in the room.
