During my recent stay, I had a wonderful experience at this luxury hotel. Located in the outskirts of the city, it offers a peaceful escape from the bustling streets. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, including the luxury brand Vilroy and Bosch. It was a pleasant surprise to find such high-end features in a hotel in this village. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms worked perfectly, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located in a village on the outskirts of a small city, this hotel is a surprising find. Guests can easily access the famous Shabrimala temple by cab from the nearest railway station. The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with modern security features. The staff is cooperative and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were some inconvenience in terms of hot water and malfunctioning iron provided by the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a small town stay. the staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent customer service. the room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the food was delicious. the location was ideal for visiting nearby temples and shops.

The hotel did not accept international credit cards and only accepted cash for payment, causing inconvenience. there was a noisy bar on site that could cause disturbances for those with rooms near it.
