Loved the historical sites within walking distance. The garden courtyard was a delightful place to relax. Nilya is conveniently close to Ephesus. The breakfast buffet had fresh, local goodies. Free shuttle service to Ephesus was a bonus. Cons: I just adored everything, couldn't find a single thing to complain about!

Our stay at Nilya was absolutely worth every penny. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious balcony offering stunning sunset views. The location was ideal, with the Esa Bey Mosque and St Johns Church just across the street. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to assist us, including providing a complimentary shuttle service to and from Ephesus.

Only if there were more breakfast items to choose from, it would have been perfect.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet street close to the ruins on the hill. The value for money is amazing as you get so much more than what you pay for. The rooms up on the second level are beautifully decorated with very traditional decorations, giving you a true Turkish experience. The bathrooms are modern and stylish with beautiful travertine-tiled bathrooms and new fixtures. The breakfast served in the hotel has a great atmosphere and is included in the price, making it a perfect start to the day.

There is even a little restaurant where local ladies make delicious flatbread sandwiches. The hotel is located in what looks to be a residential area, which adds to its charm. Additionally, it is conveniently close to St John's ruins, making it easy to explore the historical sites. The rooms are attractively decorated and the breakfast is delicious, with a good spread of items to choose from.

One negative aspect is that the rooms can be a bit noisy at times.

During my recent Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and warm ambiance of the hotel. The room decor was classy and sophisticated, and the spacious and comfortable rooms were perfect for relaxing in. the hotel's location, just a stone's throw away from the historical sites and bustling markets, was very convenient.

The proprietors seemed to be a bit pushy about their other facilities. They did not give us enough privacy and were continuously mentioning their top floor restaurant, ceramic shop and tour options.
