We had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area with lots of nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. Furthermore, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We requested a specific floor and they were able to fulfill our request, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room, although small as expected, was kept clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable sitting area and a well-stocked mini-bar. We also appreciated the convenience of having ironing facilities and an in-room safe. The staff's assistance in ordering a taxi when the shuttle wasn't available was greatly appreciated. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

My stay at Palace Point was a hidden gem. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the main tourist attractions and easily accessible by metro, tram, and ferry. The hotel offers two separate buildings, each with its own unique charm. The old building may not be the latest standard, but it offers the best views and the possibility of having a beautiful balcony. The new building has modern European-style furnishings and spacious rooms. The staff, particularly the Georgian guy at the reception, was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast, although standard Turkish fare, was sufficient to start the day. I was delighted with my experience at Palace Point Hotel.

The only drawback I encountered was the small and uncomfortable bathroom in the old building. However, this was easily overlooked considering all the other positives of my stay.

The hotel has a great location, near public transportation that brings you to the city's center. Additionally, it offers spacious and clean rooms with impeccable air conditioning which was a great relief from the hot weather.

The bathroom seemed tiny and suitable only for petite people, which made for an unpleasant experience, especially given the price range. Unfortunately, the wifi was unstable and it made it difficult to work on my business trip. it was only a mediocre stay.
