My weekend getaway turned into a delightful stay at the Chalet Motel. the free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the cozy retro 60’s aesthetic added a unique touch. the room was equipped with all essentials, including a wonderfully comfortable bed and delightful rum-scented body wash. the property's cactus garden and pink retro caravan were charming highlights, perfect for Instagram-worthy moments. the convenient location near town and the river made exploring a breeze.

The shared dining area provided a perfect setting for a delightful evening with fellow guests, just like a family dinner - cozy and full of laughter. the BBQ area was a hit, making us feel like top-notch chefs grilling up a storm under the stars.

The motel's location was perfect, close to everything and surrounded by beautiful gardens that made it a welcoming place to relax outdoors. It was within walking distance to restaurants, the river, and even the local library. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern decor and facilities. The pool area provided a tranquil atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Free wifi connection and onsite parking were also available.

The renovation of the motel could have been done more tastefully, as some parts of the grounds and rooms appeared unfinished.

This hotel in Brunswick Heads offers excellent value for money. The self-contained 3-bed 'bungalow' is like a home away from home, accommodating a whole family comfortably. The clean and modern rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. The friendly staff provide great service, and the location, close to the beach and the center of town, is perfect.

The motel is conveniently located, providing easy access to everything in Bruns. There are attractive grounds and gardens, and the owner was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and convenient amenities such as a kettle, toaster, and fridge. Guests appreciated the small touches, like the map of Brunswick provided in the room.

The bathroom could use some renovation work, such as replacing missing tiles.

Spent Easter here and we loved the proximity to shops. It was an easy stroll to get supplies. the staff were nice and helpful too. We appreciated that they supplied us with milk for our coffee. Plus, there was a resident cat who loves attention, which was a nice touch.

We found the motel lacking some important amenities. We were surprised there were no towels or dishes in the room, and no microwave.
