I got great value for my money at Hotel Pera Parma. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a stylish design. The location was perfect, being just off the busy Istiklal street but still quiet. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the coffee selection. The coffee was left sitting and ended up being stewed and bitter.
