The hotel staff may leave much to be desired, yet the location is superb. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with pleasant amenities like a pool and sauna. Despite minor inconveniences like leaky showers, the overall experience is pleasant.

The rooms at Ores Boutique Hotel were spacious with ample storage, providing a comfortable stay. the pool area was pleasant, and the children's room, although needing more toys, was a nice addition. Breakfast was enjoyable, but a toaster would have been a welcomed addition.

The hotel's spa only accepted cash, which was inconvenient preferring card payments.

For a ski getaway of one week at Ores, we were impressed by the modern, cozy apartments, abundant amenities, and attentive service. the pool and spa offered relaxation, and the variety in meals pleased all tastes. With a proximate gondola and children's facilities, it's perfect for families. the helpful staff and humane gesture during a medical emergency truly stood out. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great food variety, including chicken, pork, veal, and lamb. Excellent location near the ski gondola. Newly renovated with modern amenities in the room. Comfortable temperature.

Spent Christmas holiday at a lovely hotel. We were offered a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly throughout. the hotel offered a good selection of food and drinks. the hotel was located in a great spot, conveniently close to local attractions. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and the spacious swimming pool.

Some parts of the hotel were not up to scratch. the sound insulation was poor, with noise from outside affecting our sleep.

the Spa & wellness centre was exquisite with a variety of treatments, from full body massages to beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all impressive. the garden area was delightful with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. I enjoyed the special diet menus that were available at the restaurant and the in-room breakfast was a delight.

the private facilities in the room could have been improved a bit further.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the gondola, making it easy for us to access the mountain. It is also situated near the center of Bansko, which means we had plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The proximity to the gondola ensured that we didn't have to walk a long distance with our ski equipment.

We found the customer service lacking when it came to providing information about ski hire. We had to sort out our own ski rental as the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us.
