We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and immaculate bathroom were impressive. The owners were lovely and friendly, always accommodating but never intrusive. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful front garden area. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quieter area but still within walking distance to everything. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, providing useful information about the area and the convenient boat transportation over the lake. We were able to explore this city on foot or by using the good local transport links. The breakfast was substantial and tasty, with both cooked and continental options available. a wonderful experience thanks to the well-maintained facilities, excellent location, and friendly staff.

The curtains in the room could benefit from being darker and thicker for a better sleep experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elim Bank! From the moment we arrived, Adam made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Symmoane served us a delicious breakfast every morning with such care. We enjoyed chatting with Adam and Symmoane at the breakfast table. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Lake Windermere and close to the town center.

Our recent stay at Elim Bank was exceptional. The lovely old-style property had a spacious family room with a double and single bed. It was impeccably clean and had a shower and bath, along with freeview TV and tea/coffee facilities. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this guest house and definitely plan to return.

The staff, Adam and Simone, were incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. They were great with my son too, offering him alternative breakfast options and even providing milkshake straws and cordial in the room. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, from the powerful shower to the thoughtful amenities like a fan and heater in the wardrobe. The location was perfect, with Bowness right on the doorstep and beautiful surroundings to explore. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the included breakfast was delicious.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. We had a lovely weekend exploring the nearby sights, and the hotel was the perfect base for us. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the warm shower was just what we needed after a long day of walking. the owners were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even gave us some excellent recommendations for things to see and do in the area. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Lake District.

Honestly, we can't think of a single thing we didn't like about this hotel. the only downside was having to leave at the end of the weekend!
