We had a fantastic stay at Ruba Palace Thermal. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and they even parked our car for us every time we returned. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The family room was spacious and had a nice balcony. We also appreciated the mini market and local restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the quality we received for the price we paid. Secondly, the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Ho adorato il design moderno del hotel, la camera era pulita e aveva tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione era ottima, in una zona residenziale tranquilla ma ben servita dalla metropolitana. Il personale era accogliente e disponibile.

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful and accommodating. the breakfast was good with plenty of options and it was great that there was a mini market and some local restaurants nearby. We also loved the location, which was within easy reach of the city centre and other attractions.

The air-conditioning didn't work very well and the room took a while to cool down. the lift was small and the hotel could do with renovation.
