Staff welcoming and friendly, excellent service. Breakfast delicious and filling. Charming village location, perfect for Cotswold Way walk. Ambience of pub and rooms enjoyable. Clean and tidy accommodations, with comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

The value for money was unbelievable, especially considering the size of the room and how clean it was. The location was a bit out of the way but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it was so peaceful. The staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast options could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

I recently stayed at a charming inn with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The annex area was a nice touch, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options served hot and promptly. The little extras in the room, like the water bottles and espresso coffee machine, made it feel like a home away from home. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived late due to motorway problems and the staff at Dog Inn were incredibly understanding and helpful. Despite our late arrival, they kindly showed us to our rooms at nearly midnight. the next morning, we enjoyed a delicious and filling breakfast in the bar before heading out. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff had labeled and stored our forgotten belongings, which we were able to pick up on our return journey. We also appreciated the dog-friendly amenities, such as a grass area for our furry friend and a spacious room.

I recently stayed at The Dog Inn for a work meeting in Northampton. From the moment I arrived, Glenn and Vicki went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. The pub itself had a charming country atmosphere and the dinner menu was top-notch. a fantastic value for money and a delightful place to stay. 10/10!

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a rolling refurbishment planned. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even offering to make me dinner at a late hour. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was also top-notch. The pub had a great atmosphere and a fantastic design. a wonderful experience.

Great food, reasonable prices, good beer selection. Bed was amazing. Lots of charm and character. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location near the Cotswolds. Owners allowed us to bring a homemade birthday cake.

the meals were excellent, especially the huge breakfast. the staff in the evening were fantastic and served us delicious dinner. the room was spacious, comfortable, and dog friendly. the inn had a grass area right outside for my dog to use. the location was convenient, close to the M4. a great experience at the Dog Inn.

There were a few letdowns during our stay. the heating in the room was not sufficient, leaving us feeling cold throughout the night.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the homemade fish pie at dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room rate and food cost were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

I would highly recommend The Dog Inn to any family or friends visiting the area, even if it's just for a beer. The history of the place is also worth inquiring about, as it adds to the interesting and old character.
