The hotel staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful, empathetic. Fantastic room with high tech features. Amazing bed, pillows, shower. Great breakfast with lots of choice and high quality products. Convenient location next to a shopping mall.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. the service provided was exceptional, the staff incredibly friendly and the location convenient. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the restaurant offers special diet menus and the breakfast in the room was exquisite.

Despite this, the Spa & wellness centre provided various treatments and the seasonal outdoor pool was still available.

The highlight of our experience was the delicious and diverse breakfast buffet, offering a wide range of high-quality products. The hotel's prime location next to a shopping mall made it convenient for us to indulge in some retail therapy. The room itself provided a pleasant environment with a stunning view. Although the room lights were a bit complicated to operate, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that all our needs were met. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional amenities and excellent service.

The hotel had some minor flaws, such as the outdoor pool being too small to swim laps and the complicated light commands in the room. navigating the parking garage and finding the hotel entrance was a bit difficult, despite some clear signage in place.
