The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes. The room was clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The manager and staff went above and beyond to assist with medical needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money is excellent - you get a lot for what you pay. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly attentive and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were just as advertised - comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and everything looked exactly like the pictures online. I found this hotel to be a great choice for the price.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary drinks and snacks waiting for us in our clean room. the location proved to be very convenient, only a short taxi ride away from both the airport and the city center. the shuttle service to a nearby mountain for skiing was a great perk.

While the staff were friendly, not all of them spoke fluent English which made communication a bit difficult at times. the hotel lacked a scenic view and some nearby hotels might offer a better mountain view.
