Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, stylish rooms. The staff at Ilci Residence were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options. The rooms were stylishly decorated and comfortable. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is diverse and delicious, offering a variety of dishes to start your day. the hotel provides fresh towels and has facilities such as a pool, sauna, and Turkish bath for the guests to enjoy.

The cleaning job in the rooms could be improved, with some stains found under the wash basin and on the cushions.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station through an underground passageway. It was such a relief to avoid the busy traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Our room was clean and spacious, with elegant and comfortable furnishings. The bathroom was also spacious and well-maintained. the level of comfort and quality service provided here exceeded our expectations.

Great location near public transportation and restaurants. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, making our stay a comfortable one. We were pleased to find the hotel exceptionally clean and well-maintained. the rooms were well-furnished with comfortable beds.

Although there was a swimming pool, it was quite small. the hotel could benefit from more facilities such as a gym.
