I recently stayed at Craig's Royal for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has an incredible old-world charm that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I made a reservation mistake, and the food in the restaurant was superb. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hydronic heating throughout the property made it cozy even on chilly days. The building has been renovated with great care and attention to detail, and the common areas are beautiful. it was a truly special stay.

The room at this period hotel was cozy and clean, with beautiful antique furniture. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were fabulous and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, as one of the meals was too salty and the replacement dish was average.

I recently stayed at Craig's Royal in the heart of Ballarat for a few nights. The beautifully renovated old hotel with period furniture was a sight to behold. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was upmarket with fluffy white towels. The dining room was elegantly furnished and the breakfast setting was exactly what you would expect from a top-notch hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the location was perfect for exploring the shops and galleries in central Ballarat.

The historic charm of the hotel was evident from the moment we stepped foot inside. The grand staircase and beautiful carpeting created a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. We were delighted to see the Christmas tree in the foyer, providing a perfect backdrop for a holiday photo. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Atrium. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Craig's Royal Hotel was absolutely fabulous. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were transported back in time with the beautiful 1800s decor. The rooms were wonderfully furnished, with extra comfy beds and pillows that made for a restful night's sleep. It was a treat to experience the historical ambiance of the hotel, and we particularly loved the silent bar fridge in our room. The continental breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of hot options to choose from. The hotel's location in the center was convenient for exploring the city on foot. we had a lovely stay at Craig's Royal Hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had the pleasure of attending the Opulent Mother's Day High Tea at Craig's Royal Hotel and it was an absolute delight. The Grand Dining Room set a grand and fancy tone for the afternoon. The high tea itself was fabulous, with fresh and delicious food. The service was friendly and prompt, and they even catered for dietary requirements. We also enjoyed the optional tour of the historic hotel. We have decided to make this a family tradition and will definitely be back.

The hotel's luxurious amenities and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We were thrilled with the exclusive in-room breakfast and the private facilities that added to our privacy and comfort. The bar and lounge area was the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the surrounding area. The location was ideal and allowed us to easily access all the amazing attractions nearby.

The selection of food in the restaurant could have been more diverse, but the quality of the food was excellent. It was the only minor issue we had during our stay - everything else was perfect.
