Average and peaceful property with a nearby supermarket. City center within 400m walking distance. Good restaurants and pottery shops near a beautiful riverwalk. Ideal for families, spacious rooms and a lovely garden with city view. Value for money and great customer service.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfying, and it lasted until 11 o'clock, giving us plenty of time to enjoy it.- The location, although a bit outside the center, was quiet and peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The WiFi was not accessible in the bedroom, which was quite inconvenient, but we were able to connect in the living room. The property felt a bit isolated at times, and the city center was about a 10-15 minute walk away, which made us feel a bit disconnected from the action.

They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a cozy atmosphere. The traditional breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the attractions of the area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited WiFi connectivity and a low entrance to the apartment, our overall experience at Ipekyolu Garden was delightful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful area of Avanos.

We stayed in a quiet neighborhood just outside the center, with a supermarket down the street. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The shower had great water pressure. The hosts were attentive and helpful, providing valuable information about the area. We enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful view of the hills. The communal garden was a nice place to relax and socialize with other guests.

The WiFi connectivity was inconsistent.

I had a great time at this hotel in Avanos. the location was perfect - just outside the center, so it was nice and quiet. Secondly, the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and a great view. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a traditional spread that was excellently cooked.

No major issues, everything was just fine.
