The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They even carried our bags up the stairs for us. Another great thing was the complimentary breakfast, we really enjoyed the tasty toast and jam. the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we needed. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely beautiful.

One thing we found inconvenient was the lack of towel hangers or shampoo holders in the bathroom. the shower door didn't fit properly which caused water to spill out onto the floor.

Convenient location in the center. Clean, well-maintained rooms. Excellent water pressure in showers. Friendly and helpful staff fluent in English. Desk staff provided assistance as interpreters. Recommended for stays in El Centro.

We had a delightful stay at Flore Hotel Boutique in Cuenca. The highlight of our experience was the incredible location of the hotel. Being in the center of everything allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions and soak in the lively atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the water pressure in the showers was exceptional. We were also pleasantly surprised by the laundry service provided by the hotel, which was a plus for us. we highly recommend Flore Hotel Boutique for its prime location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Although the hotel provided a wonderful experience overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. The room we stayed in felt a bit barebones and lacked some essential amenities, such as outlets for our devices, a table lamp for softer lighting, and a place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, just steps away from all the main attractions. You can easily explore the city on foot and immerse yourself in the local culture. The market outside offers a vibrant atmosphere with delicious food and authentic products.

The breakfast options could use some improvement, as they were repetitive and not to everyone's taste.
