The food had good quality and variety. The beach offered beautiful water and plenty of fish. The dining hall had fabulous views. The pool was large and inviting. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We had an incredible stay at the Doubletree By Hilton. The beach and sea were absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful nature. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The free hammam and sauna were a great bonus, adding a touch of luxury to our vacation.

Although we only stayed for four nights, we were disappointed that our request to have dinner at one of the specialist restaurants was denied. We understand that it is in the terms and conditions, but given that it was not peak season, we expected some flexibility.

The food at the hotel was outstanding, with the chef cooking fresh hot dishes in view of the guests. The fitness suite had modern equipment, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The cleanliness of the hotel and the well-maintained grounds added to the overall pristine appearance. The availability and usability of the tennis courts were a plus for guests who enjoy playing.

Felt like visiting family, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

The sea laguna and pier beach at Doubletree By Hilton were absolutely stunning. I enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear waters and sunbathing on the sandy beach. The bungalow houses were clean, modern, and conveniently located. The spa at the hotel was a highlight, with incredible massage treatments provided by the skilled specialists, Yasmin and Ketut. The welcome team and dining staff, JJ and Ali, were always there to help and provided excellent service. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only downside was that some of the food at the buffet was not always warm, especially when the dispensers were opened frequently. The check-out process was a bit slow and could have been more efficient.

I recently stayed at a fantastic resort with all meals included for 3-4 days. The rooms could use a little upgrading, but with so many activities outside the rooms, you won't want to spend much time inside anyway. The food was amazing, with a wide variety and attentive staff. The beach was clean and the water perfect for swimming, with fish swimming near the shore. The entertainment team, especially Kiko and Momo, were fantastic and our son loved the Mini-Disco.

The hotel seems to cater mostly to smokers, with no accommodations for non-smokers in the dining hall or on the veranda.
