We had a great experience at the hotel, meeting all our expectations. The overall interior, room furnishings, food, service, and cleaning were all on point. The staff fulfilled all of our requests in a timely manner. The air in the hotel and in our room felt pure and well conditioned. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes, including perfectly cooked porridge. We would like to give a special thanks to Baris Ozkan, the restaurant manager, for arranging our comfortable dinners. The hotel's location, although a bit complicated to get to the city center due to busy traffic, was convenient with a nearby subway station and a shopping mall right across the street.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room service was quick and delicious, and the massage at the spa was amazing. The hotel itself was clean, elegant, and luxurious, with immaculate patios and pool areas. The gym was exceptional and the breakfast was superb. The location on the quieter Asian side was a great advantage.

Great xmas break with family. Free shuttle service to/from the airport and a nice gift basket in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the staff was friendly.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly and professional service from the reception personnel. The lobby was impressive and the spacious room had all the amenities we needed, including a flatscreen TV, mini bar, and a safe. The shower/bathroom was excellent and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also offered great facilities, including outside pools and a spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The convenient location near a mall and excellent restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed in a hotel near Platinum mall, which was a great location for shopping. It was also close to Sirkeci station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offered a good selection of food, and the breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. The room and bathroom were clean, and the service provided by the staff was professional. The hotel had excellent facilities, such as pools and a nice view from the rooms.

The noise from the surrounding area was the only downside of my stay.

The sauna; it was quite small-sized, and we had to wait for it to be available.
