We had a great experience at the hotel, meeting all our expectations. the overall interior, room furnishings, food, service, and cleaning were all on point. the staff fulfilled all of our requests in a timely manner. the air in the hotel and in our room felt pure and well conditioned. the breakfast offered a variety of dishes, including perfectly cooked porridge. We would like to give a special thanks to Baris Ozkan, the restaurant manager, for arranging our comfortable dinners. the hotel's location, although a bit complicated to get to the city center due to busy traffic, was convenient with a nearby subway station and a shopping mall right across the street.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly and professional service from the reception personnel. The lobby was impressive and the spacious room had all the amenities we needed, including a flatscreen TV, mini bar, and a safe. The shower/bathroom was excellent and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also offered great facilities, including outside pools and a spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The convenient location near a mall and excellent restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed in a hotel near Platinum mall, which was a great location for shopping. It was also close to Sirkeci station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offered a good selection of food, and the breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. The room and bathroom were clean, and the service provided by the staff was professional. The hotel had excellent facilities, such as pools and a nice view from the rooms.

The noise from the surrounding area was the only downside of my stay.
