This hotel offers luxurious amenities and fulfilled all our needs. The beautiful garden area with multiple outdoor swimming pools, aqua park and direct beach access were amazing. The spa centre had everything from body wraps and scrubs to facials and massages, plus a sauna and steam room. The live entertainment was a nice touch and the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were a delight. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food, especially the Turkish omelette served every morning.

The only minor issue was the understaffing in the bar areas, resulting in slow service. Despite this, the leisure/TV room and the private facilities, such as the cabana on the beach, made up for it.

The pools are excellent and the entertainment is good. The beach is decent, with plenty of loungers and clean toilets. The hygiene standards are acceptable and the hotel is on the beachfront.

The food is repetitive and lacks flavors. Some of the rooms are not up to standard and the reception staff struggle with English.
