We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They surprised us by upgrading our room to one with a balcony and a city view. They even went the extra mile by assisting my husband in arranging the return of our hotel key to our previous accommodation. The room itself was comfortable, with reliable wifi and a functional TV. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the waterfront and surrounded by palm trees. The included breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the shuttle service to the airport was convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had an amazing experience at Karaca Hotel. The breakfast spread was lavish and the option to dine outside in a beautiful palm alley was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the sea coast. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Izmir.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport which made my arrival and departure a breeze. the location of the hotel is also quite good, with plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area to choose from. the bed was comfortable and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.

my business trip was not as comfortable or restful as I had hoped it would be.
