Great location, walking distance to famous attractions and shops. the breakfast was filling and satisfactory. the staff were friendly and offered us a warm welcome upon arrival.

The room was small and poorly lit, not what we expected based on pictures. There was an issue with the door handle where we had to use our key card to lock it, making it problematic when only one of us had the key card.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's really close to the ferry port, the Galata tower, and the tramway. Everything we wanted to do was within easy reach. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have had more variety, but it was still a good start to the day. the hotel provided a great experience in terms of location, service, and cleanliness.
