We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the rooms were spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was served on a packed tray, considering the current situation. The staff, especially Vefa and the guy at the reception, were very polite and helpful. They called taxis for us and even assisted with our luggage. The hotel's location in Taksim Square was ideal, as it was just a few meters away from the metro, bus stations, and Istiklal Street. It made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the historic places we wanted to see.

I recently stayed at Kartal Palace Taksim Square Family Hotel for a few nights while visiting Istanbul. The location was great, with a stunning view of Taksim's Mosque from my room. The staff, especially Hussain and the Lebanese receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite the room being small, it didn't bother me much as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The breakfast had limited choices, but the tea was absolutely delicious, especially when paired with Simit and cheese. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is right at Taksim Square, which means you are in the heart of Istanbul. You can easily explore the vibrant area of Istiklal or catch a bus to the airport. The Taksim metro station is also just a short walk away.

The breakfast options were limited, and it would have been nice to have more variety, including coffee or hot milk.

Best New Year's experience ever! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by historic sites and with easy access to transportation. They even allowed me to store my baggage while I went to visit other cities. the location was perfect, just a minute walk from the main shopping street and Taksim Square. great value for money.
