The staff, especially the housekeepers, front desk managers, and morning bellmen, were great. They were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its location near the tram which is the best way to explore Sultanahmet area. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided are sufficient for a comfortable stay. The rooms offer nice views and the breakfast spread is decent, filling you up before a day of sightseeing. Plus, the prices for additional services like laundry are fairly cheap.

The room was in dire need of renovation. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty, and the room was dark and dingy. The bathroom was also in a poor condition with mold and unpleasant smells. it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here.
