I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Kingston for a weekend getaway. The room was lovely, offering breathtaking views of the river from the two balconies. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food at the onsite restaurant exceeded our expectations. The added bonus of free parking was a major plus as well. The hotel's location is also great, with easy access to attractions in the area. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the peaceful and quiet rooms at the hotel. It was the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and transportation links. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit nearby Christmas markets. the hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a cozy restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner.

Requesting a vegetable substitute came at an additional charge, which was quite off-putting. the housekeeping service was not up to par, as our room was not cleaned for several days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the receptionist to the head waiter at breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable with a big bed, and we even got an upgrade to an Executive room with a terrace overlooking the river. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation and a nice walk along the river into town. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, helpful staff, and convenient location.

One of the downsides of this hotel was the parking situation. It was a bit annoying having to walk through the back parking area to get to the hotel.

Clean, safe, and with all essential amenities in the small but comfortable room. Appreciated the opening window and air conditioning. Bathroom had a wet room that didn't flood. Staff went above and beyond to assist and even arranged an early breakfast for me. Quiet and modern hotel with beautiful views of the Thames.
