We had a fantastic stay at Kensington Hotel. The room was spacious with a great view. The staff was welcoming and check-in was quick and efficient, even though we arrived late at night. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the tram, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with a buffet-style setup allowing us to eat as much as we wanted. The staff was friendly and the cleaning services were excellent. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kensington Hotel to others.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to help us retrieve a forgotten item. The location was prime, near the train station, restaurants, and local attractions. The complimentary slippers and bathroom necessities were a nice touch, and we also appreciated having a kettle in the room for making tea.

we stayed for five nights, and the sheets were not changed during our stay, which was unexpected. Another downside was that we could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms, although thankfully it wasn't too disruptive.
