We had a fantastic stay at Kensington Hotel. the room was spacious with a great view. the staff was welcoming and check-in was quick and efficient, even though we arrived late at night. the hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the tram, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, with a buffet-style setup allowing us to eat as much as we wanted. the staff was friendly and the cleaning services were excellent.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. the staff was really friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to help us retrieve a forgotten item. the location was prime, near the train station, restaurants, and local attractions. the complimentary slippers and bathroom necessities were a nice touch, and we also appreciated having a kettle in the room for making tea.

Our friend's room had an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. the breakfast was a bit monotonous, and there were no "do not disturb" signs available, causing some confusion with the cleaning staff who spoke little English.

The breakfast had a good price-quality ratio, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the attentive service from the staff at the breakfast hall.
