The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the tram, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with a buffet-style setup allowing us to eat as much as we wanted. The staff was friendly and the cleaning services were excellent. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kensington Hotel to others.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. the staff was really friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to help us retrieve a forgotten item. the location was prime, near the train station, restaurants, and local attractions. the complimentary slippers and bathroom necessities were a nice touch, and we also appreciated having a kettle in the room for making tea.

Our friend's room had an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. the breakfast was a bit monotonous, and there were no "do not disturb" signs available, causing some confusion with the cleaning staff who spoke little English.
