I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, hidden away in the narrow alleys, allowing me to wander and explore the area easily. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention given to every detail. The breakfast included was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

No complaints, everything was just perfect!

The hotel was well-located in the city center, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. the staff was friendly and helpful, doing their best to provide good customer service. the room was spacious and had a good view.

The noise from outside was unbearable, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. the room was not well-maintained, with stains on the sheets and a dusty floor.

During my recent stay at Sirvani Konagi Butik Otel, I had a wonderful experience exploring the narrow alleys of the old town. The location was ideal for wandering around and immersing myself in the local atmosphere. The hotel itself, housed in an old building with a charming courtyard, had a unique and authentic feel to it. The rooftop breakfast tables provided a delightful setting to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a last-minute taxi tour for us. The family room we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped. Despite a few minor issues, such as a leaking aircon and a mix-up with the room type, the staff quickly resolved these concerns. I highly recommend Sirvani Konagi Butik Otel for a pleasant stay in Gaziantep.
