I had the most breathtaking view from my room at Lale Hotel. The sight of the lake and the refreshing breeze in the afternoon and at sunset were truly rejuvenating. The hotel's location is perfect, with a beautiful garden and private beach right on the lake. The buffet breakfast served in the garden with a view of the lake was a delightful experience. There were plenty of options including cheese, bread, honey, jams, and sweets. The hotel staff were excellent, especially the manager who was very helpful and spoke multiple languages, including Arabic. I also loved the fact that there were swings in the garden, adding to the relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

Had a good stay in a hotel located in a nice area with friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, with a lot of varieties of food and desserts. , I enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunrise over the lake located close to the hotel.

There were some slight maintenance issues in the bathroom which caused some frustration, and the cleanliness of the suite could have been better managed. The common areas are not air-conditioned, and noise from an adjacent facility was disturbing at times during my visit.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel right on the lakefront. It provided stunning views and easy access to Sahil Street where there were plenty of activities for our family to enjoy, including ziplining and climbing. The staff was incredibly friendly and Mr. Hasan, the receptionist, was particularly helpful and easygoing. The food exceeded our expectations, especially the inclusive full Turkish breakfast where we could order any kind of eggs. The lunch and dinner options were spectacular, with delicious seafood dishes like salmon, shrimps, and calamari, as well as mouthwatering Turkish kufta and cheeseburgers. Mr. Ugur made our dining experience exceptional by ensuring our table location and preparation were perfect. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and nicely air-conditioned despite the warm weather. While the swimming pool was still under construction, we didn't mind given the other outstanding aspects of our stay. Lastly, we want to acknowledge the hotel manager, Miss Oyku, for making our stay even more pleasant by frequently checking on us and offering assistance.

The Lale Hotel in Sapanca exceeded my expectations in every way. The reservation team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even changing our non-refundable reservation without any charges. The garden was absolutely beautiful, and being by the lake provided a stunning view. The hotel's design and atmosphere were top-notch, and the breakfast served in the courtyard was delicious. The hotel also had convenient sports facilities, a swimming pool, and excellent parking. The staff, including Halok ve Hasan in catering, were positive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the Lale Hotel provided a fantastic experience that surpassed all expectations.
